11. No, a photo shopped picture proves nothing

Most all of us have seen unflattering pictures of ourselves looking like dumbells of some sort.
Trumpass can still give a cognizant speech, albeit chock full of lies.

A picture is worth a thousand words, so the saying goes.
A video is worth a thousand pictures.
We need the video of above picture for a better perspective of his frame of, um, mind.
