4. My daughter was assaulted at work by a coworker

She did report it but they said it was a he said she said. In order to prosecute they wanted her to call him and get him on tape admitting to assaulting her. She had a mental break and never returned to work. It was years before she could go out in public without fear of seeing him.

She worked for a well known security firm and he was a holiday temporary hire. So she did not know him and the assult happened during one of her night shifts. She did file a civil suite against her employer and won but that took years. Turned out he had prior allegations with other employers that were documented that her company ignored.
