Which isn’t going to happen.

Like the impeachment process, the amendment process has been eliminated the consequence of Republican obstructionism.

And that obstructionism is the consequence of the Framers’ unwarranted fear of the people, of denying the people access to the levers of power, and giving the states too much power, where the people are denied the means by which to rid themselves of authoritarian despots, corrupt members of Congress, and blind partisan Supreme Court justices.
