Petitioning SCOTUS for rehearing the denial of the petition for writ of certiorari and a promise they are shortly to file a new petition for writ of certiorari, so they should vacate the last denial pending filing of a new petition.

I may not have this quite right, but that's what I got from scanning. Seems bonkers to me. And now he's trying to use this to delay payment while they write this forthcoming petition, which the attorney asserts in advance "should be granted."

As someone cleverly pointed out, he treats courts like he treats women -- refuses to accept no for an answer.
