States regulate their own elections. This SAVE act stuff is about disenfranchising minorities, old and poor people, people without paperwork and women.

The old joke used to acknowledge the southern way of disenfranchising voters:
Question to a WM - what was the greatest maritime disaster of all time?
Question to a WF - How many people died on the Titanic?
Question to a BP - Name them.
