First, we can't secure it fully. Iran will be able to attack ships in some way shape or form to a point where the risk / insurance will be too prohibitive.

Second, it was not an issue until this moron made it an issue.

Third - what leader of a country will pay this? And, what is the moron going to do when they don't?
