It was his fault not some made up crap about vandals who sliced the stupid new blue liner. They changed the albedo of the pool, fucked with the expansion joints, turned off the micro bubblers, and had people who never done that type of work before work on it. Where were the hydro geologists? Where the fresh water ecologists? The engineers? The the men and women who had done that kind of work before?
