6. Unbelievably foolish but I have questions as to why...

he, the rightful recipient of the nation's best healthcare at OUR expense--something the rest of us can only dream of, apparently had no ongoing health exams or follow-up (no, I don't have inside knowledge, but I am inferring from what info is available). If he had atherosclerosis that severe I cannot imagine not having worked him up fully and appropriately performed all the procedures necessary to help to prevent what happened. Yes, an aortic dissection can not always be prevented, but severe blockages, hypertension, etc. certainly can.

Maybe more info will come out to suggest he was being treated--if only belatedly, but I seriously have doubts.
