Monday

They are saying that

1. He was not the guy they were after.
2. He weaponized his car against them so they had to shoot.

But, as the OP says, shooting the driver does not stop the vehicle. So killing him did not protect them. They still had to get clear of a wandering car after incapacitsting the driver st the wheel. .

What's with the BS excuse that it's not the person they wanted? Do they think that excuses them from murder just because they got the wrong person? "We did not intend to kill HIM, so you can't claim intent." Total crap.

ICE is a murdering goon squad.
