3. That's Venezuela. Cuba is in the set of islands between Florida and the "flagged" country.

Wednesday

Cuba is the longer island, just under Florida. Haiti and the DR to the right and slightly below Cuba with Jamaica below Cuba and to the left of Haiti/DR.

Cuba, to me, does not look as if Trump "flagged" it.
