25. Betting that, like ICE officers, military recruiters have quotas to meet in their jobs

I knew a couple of young men who should NEVER had been allowed into the US military but got 'advice' from recruiters on how to slip by 'the system'. Both were removed from service due to mental problems. Since I am, and have always been, a bit of a hermit who doesn't engage with many people, it seems likely my knowing 2 people who got in with help are probably just a tiny tip of a dangerous ICEberg.
