and they should be able to opt out of testing. On the other hand, women might want to know if they need any hormone supplementation to help their sex drive, or maybe manage menopause? Yeah, I know, military has to follow orders.

Won't a military attack decision made in the heat of battle come from training vs biology? Should it? Is there any indication that having "Low T", if present in the military, has affected performance of duties?
