Seems a bit of an overstep by Mullit...

State + local election officials hold the primary constitutional responsibility for maintaining the integrity of voter rolls.
Under the US Constitution, specifically the Elections Clause + the 10th Amendment, the administration of elections —
including voter registration + list maintenance — is delegated to state legislatures + local jurisdictions.

Where is "Homeland Security" found in the US Constitution???
