61. Build a wall five miles high and have Canada pay for it.

Of course, that’s impractical for those interested in four seasons predictability. The obviously smart solution would be to build a 3,000 mile long array of enormous mile-wide electric fans, manufactured under cost-plus contract by companies affiliated with Uday and Eric, paid by US taxpayers, of course, that swivel, and have them send the smoke right back to where it came from!
