In addition to Supersize Me, he also did a documentary on migrant farm workers where he worked along side them picking citrus fruits and then slept overnight with them in their cramped trailers. He could not keep up and the foreman kept rejecting his loads because he was picking ones that weren’t ripe enough. The migrant workers picked the right fruit incredibly fast and were very agile on ladders. They were paid a pittance for each carboy they picked. It’s been quite a while since I’ve seen it so please forgive me for not remembering the name of it or other details.

I think he also did a documentary on working in the coal mines, but my memory won’t bring any details back from the recesses of my mind. He did a lot of good work to expose the harsh working conditions of jobs we take for granted.
