Do not cede the narrative to them. The point here, is the lawlessness. It is about constitutional rights for all of us. Like the Bible, RWers pick and choose what they want to obey. He has a right to due process, period. That’s the point.

The place to prove your case is in court. Not on Fox.
If you have evidence that he committed a crime, take it to court. Furthermore, he had a court order that said he should not be sent to El Salvador. He came here to escape the gangs there.

The Govt admitted in court that he was sent in error.
Any other argument they present is invalid.
Are we nation of laws or not? Does the constitution matter or not?

That is not a hard argument to make. Even some MAGA folks acknowledge that all of these folks have a right to due process.

He was never charged with anything that they are accusing him of. If they have evidence, take it to court.
