You have stretched-to-the-limit employees collecting taxes.
They're force to do the most clear errors; they're easiest.
Most likely clerical errors, numbers that disagree with IRS numbers.
Computer spit-out errors.
That kind of simple correction of a few bucks either way.
The complicated bullshit, hard-to-believe, 'creative', jive-ass,
CPA-signed, extensive-work-causing numbers go unchallenged.
TAX-CHEATS THRIVE!

I'm a suspicious guy and that's my take on years
and years of underfunding the IRS by republicans.
Further, I think it's jackpot time for the rich bastards
who dodge their fair share of our tax burden!
