it's downgraded by the words used to describe the act. Nonsense... your "tomfoolery"... mischief... etc. Doesn't change the essence of the meaning, but it does make it sound like something 12 yo boys do on their summer vacations.

Frankly, I think we need to get rid of all the testosterone in the WH and administrative offices. Our country simply cannot afford to be ruled by a gender who is subject to such a highly volatile emotional state!
