24. I keep wondering what happens

when someone with a firearm in a "Stand You Ground" state decides to take advantage of that law to prevent being pulled "into an unmarked car" by masked and otherwise unidentified thugs?

Not that I'm endorsing anything like that, but it seems to me that the odds are good that sooner or later some group of "masked men" is going to pick on the wrong person. For instance, some concealed carry enthusiast who might be just a wee bit paranoid about the possibility of being kidnapped by a gang of strangers.

It seems to me this whole situation is incredibly dangerous, for the victims of these brutes most of all, but for bystanders and these wannabee Brown Shirts as well.
