Oh, he's out of his mind crazy and we should not care what craziness falls out of his brain. But for some reason he's amassed a following of idiots who act on all the stupid things dripping out of his mouth.

Ignore him, lie to him, tell him one thing and do another. What's he going to do to you? Drool all over you? Why does anyone listen to this dementia patient? Stupid Republicons.
