Same with when Trump removed the Obama administration Department of Transportation (DOT) safety rule enacted in 2015 that required certain trains carrying highly flammable materials to be equipped with advanced electronically controlled pneumatic (ECP) brakes so the railroads could save money. Then we had train accidents like the one that caused the huge chemical spill in East Palestine, Ohio.
