It’s the cost of doing business. At some point corruption becomes endemic, so you just factor in the additional cost of bribing whomever it is you need to get something done. It’s like a tax. And of that means a couple million dollars for the president’s vanity project so be it, especially if it’s between that or shareholders bailing on you.
