Sue him for damages to repair government property!
Chump does not own any of it, he's a renter.
Their IS an HOA governing federal buildings and properties.
Since chump blew it off, he must pay for complete and total restoration, including Jackie's Rose Garden.
Then fine him for pain and suffering we suffered under him.
100 Billion is a good start!
