Wednesday

The GOP was trying to put provisions in to get around lapses for certain staff that get funding from BA (Budget Authority) but I think that was stripped from the Barbaric Butcher Bill, but they have been talking up reprogramming/redirecting funds to pay anyway (I expect possibly taking money from the pots that hold fees paid by immigrants, for example).
