Depending upon where the case is heard. Some ridiculous percentage of immigration judges were appointed by Trump and many of them-regardless of whom appointed them- have extremely high rates of denying asylum claims (some are like 99%).
I’m way behind on a study of this, but I ought to get my shit together and investigate.
