Completely nutso. Dangerous to themselves and others. Unsupervised children playing with loaded guns, matches, and oily rags.

To be clear, firing Noem isn't the crazy part. Hiring her in the first place is. Replacing her with Moron Mullin is extra crazy. Decreasing your party's majority in the senate to do so is super duper extra crazy.
