If you just post it, those whacky characters that have replaced the curly quotes from the article with garbage characters will be correct.
Like so:
The House rejected a bipartisan measure intended to halt further U.S. military action in Iran. “Save your lives and evacuate your homes immediately,”
Also, you can't edit it again after that or they'll come back. This issue is caused by making a round trip to the database, which you avoid by posting straight away w/o a preview.
If you want, that's the fix
