I had a feeling that Trump would try the Acting- administrative head trick again to avoid having to get Senate Confirmation - it was his favorite go to strategy in his first term. It sounds like the judge is not only putting Kari Lake in the hot seat but also laying the groundwork to insure that Trump can't use this particular gambit again.

I keep wondering how long the list of Federal crimes Trump has committed over the last year is now?
