That Trump uses his own facilities to host government business. Another thing he has just normalized, billing for the use of his own facilities constantly. This is so far passed the emoluments laws that it ought to cause outrage and congressional censure. But nobody even bothers anymore. It may not be his greatest crime, but the way Americans are just rolling back on all these issues is important.
He does what he does because you let him.
