I need to do some research, but I think legal battles related to the dismantling of USAID and VOA and the impoundment of funds are still going on. There were also a bunch of xxx v. Lake cases. I think this decision applies to Abramowitz v. Lake and Widakuswara v. Lake, but that's not even clear to me.
