Building the spa in the 60s was the ruse for building a huge fortified underground bunker that would house the whole of government in case of an attack. Super secret until sometime in the past 20-25 years. Very cool to tour it but freaky in concept.

Watch for a major construction project at MAL to cover his “bunker south”. He’ll run his “third term” shadow govt from there.

What an asshat.
