trump will simply declare the city is under siege... as well as other cities as he deems "necessary" in order to institute the Insurrection Act and Marshal Law. He wanted so badly to do this back when he was in the office the first time, but there were actual protectors of the country and constitution (no matter how narrow they interpreted it) that held against the crap he was trying to pull. With the administration this time around composed of basically nothing more than Faux "News" pundits, there's nothing and no one to stop him from opening fire on the country, city by city. And I think we really, really wants to do this. He's been pushed toward it by all his brown shirts, and he's gotten enough of them out of prison that they'll be willing to serve in place of any current authorities who won't violate their oaths of office.
