Blanche testified today that they were definitely, no way, never, you can count on it, ever doing the $1.776B fund.

OK, the obvious response is, "Considering that you never are going to do this fund, then you and all of my Republican colleagues won't mind if we all go ahead and write it into legislation, then. Right?"
