over easy with bacon, hashbrowns and good coffee is my breakfast out. If biscuits are offered, I will get that.
"toad in the hole" (cut holes in bread with cookie cutter, fry the bread in a skillet of hot butter, break eggs into the holes and cook then flip over. Fry the round part that you cut out also.) my granddaughter calls it eggy toast

Over easy with the parts not thoroughly cooked. I like dippy eggs but not the runny.aka snotty

Over easy or scrambled with fried onions and potatoes and either sausage, bacon or ham and toast 😁
