8. Vivid dream

I think dreaming of falling means you are stressed (yes, you are, no surprises) Maybe dying signifies beginning something new. With your sibling admitting they are wrong, it might mean reconciliation.

As you mull over the details of the dream, how do the significant details make you feel?

I saw your post about the wonderful deli sandwich you got, and it reminded me of something. After my brother died in 1983, I was grieving for a really long time. One day, I was brushing my teeth, and I got hyperaware of how it felt. It was a life-affirming moment of reality. Like a connection to actually being alive. Enough of a moment for me to remember all these years later. You've had a lot going on lately, and maybe you are rising from your low spot.

Fingers crossed for better times
