Yesterday was a wonderful reminder for me that when I focus on good things, I'm uplifted, reinvigorated and very very grateful. The more I thought about so many of you, and your incredible impact on my life, the better I felt.

Simply speaking, I was reminded that most of the time, the answers I'm looking for are usually right in front of me. I say this not to minimize depression, but just as a "note to self" that my way to a good frame of mind is right there if I use it.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to choose what we carry with us and to focus on all the good right in front of us.
