1. I got one during Covid...

It still sits on my desk, and I check it once in awhile.

I'm usually at 98% to 100%, so it is reassuring.

I mainly use it to cheek my heart rate, which runs way low...40s and 50s.

My wife uses it to check on her AFIB.

They're good things to have, if only for peace of mind.
