claims to have the best outside of China, along with London. Other places would be Vancouver (and perhaps Toronto) in Canada, Sydney and Melbourne in Australia (especially Melbourne), Tokyo and Osaka in Japan, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Seoul in South Korea, Singapore, and of course, Taiwan. I count Hong Kong as being part of China. The food scene there is so good, as it is with most (all IMHO) places I listed. Paris has some amazing Chinese restos as well.
