i had a fire in my house last night. pretty big 1. AAAND i have no insurance, i may just need to sell it as is.
i’m a stupid smoker. the fire fell of a cig, into a pile of clothes. now here’s where it gets rly dumb. i thought i had snuffed it out, but i didnt.
i’d had a week of shit sleep, to the point i was stupid tired. just wanted to get to bed.
was woken up at 2am by a screaming neighbor. i’m kinda in shock. i’m fine, dogs r fine, parrots even fine.
just want to get some sleep, but cant. dealing w board up and clean up ppl.
i’m staying at my 2flat, in my short term unit. 2nd flr unit is vacant atm, and will prolly stay there for a while. my biggest problem is my dogs. they hate each other and i’d been managing them upstairs dog/ downstairs dog. i cant do that in an apt.
i need to find a temporary home for 1 of them. maybe permanent if i decide to sell the house.
add to all that back pain that refuses to go away.
