29. Funny how unique peoples' circadian rhythms are. I'm hungry when I wake up.

It took me a long time to try intermittent fasting, because all the books I read about it took the approach of skipping breakfast and delaying lunch. I could not see any way I would get anything done at work being miserable and hangry.

Finally I saw an article that mentioned intermittent fasting by skipping dinner as another option. I realized that could work for me and I’ve been experimenting with it for a few months now.
