Baby Shadow Pics. She is now in her eighth human year of life. [View all]

Shadow's heritage is 1/4 Border Collie 1/2 Blue Heeler plus Husky, Golden Retriever, Austrian White Shepard.

At birth she was part of this litter, found in a barn by a pet rescue group.

We met her at a foster's home at three weeks old. It was literally love at first sight. A local veterinarian gave us a deal on spading and vaccinations. We picked her up there in a couple of days and Shadow came home with us.
And made herself to home.

We found out quickly — she loves to run!
