Lucky nobody got killed. Better ways to handle such a situation. The article doesn't mention if the guy reported the bullying to the school, or if he made a report to police about vandalism. It does say that he had an illegal automatic weapon, so maybe he's just the type of guy who solves problems by shooting at them.
