3. In Jacksonville, if you don't know someone, you don't get the vaccine.

I asked the one of my friends who was able to get the shot and she said a relative was able to get it for her. Now, she's 68 so does fit the age profile, but no one else can get them due to Death Sentence's continuous changing of the guidelines and because of favoritism.
