1. Back ine late '60's when I lived on Oahu we had warning sirens once a month

For the whenever a tsunami might be approaching. I just returned from Kauai and there are new sirens in place to give a 15 minute warning in case NK ballistic missles are seen approaching. The times they are a'changing.
