A lot of underutilized talent here. Higher education for citizens is an investment that will pay for itself many times over.

Our former governor, Rauner, intentionally starved our colleges. Enrollment dropped and recruitment dropped. He is a billionaire wed to the principle of a low-education, low wage working class serving the oligarchs.
