I used to delay having our meter swapped out for the new one because my legs reacted badly to when they replaced it prior without my permission. So they switched it back and over a week I was able to not have leg issues of walking and aches.
But they sent me a letter basically threatening me with higher fees so I aquesed and am sorry. Again I suffer the same problems. Sometimes very painful. The meter is outside my bedroom window fairly close.
All I know is I have only what I observed and lived with health wise. I am trying to move and hope I can find a home with the meters requited now further away from my rest area.
I am not a nut.
