Her itinerary is to leave WNC, head to the Triangle area, pick up a friend or two, and then drive to DC. She may have a seat open in her (small - but still more comfortable than most buses or planes) car. If part or all of that itinerary works for you, drop me a PM with your e-mail contact info and I can put the two of you in touch.

I am solo-dad for the weekend with our little one (who we will take to political events in the name of civic education when a little older, but now is not the time to be outside in January in a big, maybe-chaotic crowd), so I think the car will be all adult women.
