I’m Old. My wife is Old. 71 and 73. We are in pretty good shape. Couple surgeries over the years. But we do two things every day that keep us going. We move every day. A lot. And we calmly socialize and talk with as many people every day as we can.

The best advice I ever got from a Doctor is, Move every day. And when you think you’ve moved enough, move some more.

There should be no FUNDING CHALLENGES IN THE USA. If there were no Republican Party, there wouldn’t be.
