MADISON, Wis. — Rep. Tom Tiffany, R-Minocqua, launched his campaign to be the state’s next governor Tuesday.
He’s the third Republican candidate to join the race, behind Washington County Executive Josh Schoemann and suburban Milwaukee business owner Bill Berrien.
