Not to far East of Campbell County is a Joke of a Project that proved this System is nothing more than a Taxpayer Rip Off in the First Degree. Ever heard of Beulah North Dakota? Major failed Syn Fuel Project with Carbon sequestration via pipe line to Canada which the Canadians finaly killed off.

But,it is after all Wyoming and the GOP.
